This class offers ways to empower you to become the secure base your child needs. These ideas will help you overcome challenging behaviors, heal hurts from your childhood that cause anger, worry, and confusion, and strengthen your family with laughter and connection.

Parenting is rewarding and often really hard work. Good parents and caregivers sometimes need extra support. I am available for a limited number of IN PERSON consultations while I am in the Boston area November 12-14. I also have some zoom openings outside of those dates.
